Bayreuther Fayencewalzenkrug um 1750
Weiß glasierte Fayence mit leuchtend bunter Scharffeuermalerei. Frontal auf der Wandung schwarzkonturierter Landschaftssockel mit einem tanzenden Chinesen, der ein Geschicklichkeitsspiel mit vierzehn kleinen Bällen vorführt. An den Seiten begrenzt durch Blumenranken. Auf dem Boden in einem Glasurfleck schwarze Manufakturmarke “B.P.F.”, far die Periode Bayreuth Pfeiffer-Fränkel 1747-1760. Zinnmontierung. Höhe: 25 cm
White glazed faience with brilliantly colored “Scharffeuer” painting. In the center of the body is a landscape base outlined in black, with a dancing Chinese man demonstrating a game of skill with fourteen small balls. Bordered on the sides by sprays of flowers.
On the bottom is a black manufacturer’s mark “B.P.F.” in a spot of glaze, for the period Bayreuth Pfeiffer-Fraenkel 1747-1760.
