Olmützer Walzenkrug 1788 DatiertWeiß glasierte Fayence, die mit bunten Muffelfarben bemalt ist. Die Schauseite zeigt ein Liebespaar, das vor einem Saulentempel mit Schafen steht. Von oben aus dem Himmel bringt ein Vogel einen Liebesbrief Die Seiten sind mit roten Rosen bemalt. Auf dem Henkelrücken rote Strichverzierung, die Signatur “J.H.” und die Datierung “1788”. Der Krug ist dem Maler Johann Neumayer zugeschrieben. Zinnmontiert. Höhe: 23 cm
White glazed faience painted with colored muffle paints. The show side depicts a pair of lovers standing in front of a temple with columns and sheep. From above in the sky a bird brings a love letter. The sides are painted with red roses. On the back of the handle is red stroke decoration, the signature “J.H.” and the date “1788”.
The stein is attributed to the painter Johann Neumayer.
