Description:
This is a reproduction of an early Westerwald stein from the second half of the 17th century. The original was found near Grenzau. The fine relief — a blooming tendril with unusual reddish highlights — is in harmony with the hunting relief on the pewter lid, which also features a sitting dog on the hinge.
