Pottery or stoneware, relief, 0.5L, pewter lid.

Central image depicts Friedrich III (1831-1888), who was crowned Emperor of Germany in 1888 but reigned for only ninety-nine days due to cancer of the larynx. He was succeeded that same year by his son, Wilhelm II. Side images are of Julius Caesar (100-44 B.C.) and Alexander the Great (356-323 B.C.).
