Central decoration taken from an 1876 painting entitled “Der Zitherspieler” (The Zither Player) by Franz Defregger (1835-1921).

The depiction of Wilhelm Tell and his son on the figural lid at the right is taken from a statue in Altdorf, Switzerland, sculpted in 1895 by Richard Kissling.
