Although breaking somewhat with the lidded beer stein tradition, this Texas cowboy drinking boot seems a natural choice for a convention in Houston. The design incorporates an oil well derrick, a long horn steer, a lariat and several other images associated with the Lone Star State. As an added bonus, Albert Thewalt, owner of the company that created and manufactured the boot, was in attendance at the convention and signed his work on the sole with a gold marker for anyone who made the request.
